  9. View Sales Report. This displays sold books by barcode, title, sold date, sale price, commission, GST, seller pay, seller name, account name, account number. Administrators can download the Paylist. This is an ABA file that can be imported into an Sustralian bank’s internet banking system to pay all sellers using the bank details and amount provided. Administrators may mark books as paid for tracking.

  1. If a book is still “Pending” after 7 days, the seller is emailed to bring the book into the bookshop for assessment.
  2. If a book is still “Pending” after 14 days, the book is automatically deleted from the system and an email is sent to the seller to re-register the book, if required, and to bring it to the bookshop within 7 days.
  3. If a book is not sold by 7 days before the contract end date, the seller is emailed with a notification that if the book is not sold by the contract end date, then the book will no longer be for sale. The seller must either pick up the book or donate it to the bookshop.

The system has the following functionality built in that requires minimal updates to switch on:
